Is there really a national Day for Ugly Sweaters?
While not widely recognized in any true official capacity, there is indeed a
national day set aside for enjoying
ugly Christmas sweaters. It occurs every December 18th, which is exactly one week before Christmas itself. As such, that would be a fantastic day to host your
party if possible.
In essence, all of this is just harmless fun. That's part of what getting together for the
holidays is all about! While some people still turn their noses up at
ugly holiday sweaters, those who are in on the joke have a blast with it. That's all that matters.
