(Just kidding, but we were definitely there at the beginning.)

It was perfect for the occasion. It got a lot of attention and also a lot of questions. A little snug for an XL but it worked. I suggest not driving with it on unless you want to be uncomfortable.

Unbelievable quality sweaters and customer service

I placed an order for 2x ugly sweaters and immediately afterwards realized I ordered the wrong sizes. Anticipating the usual run around by customer service I made a second order, this time with the correct sizes. I contacted customer service and asked them to cancel the first order, hey contacted me back within 15 minutes and said the first order would be cancelled and I’d see a statement credit soon showing the refund for the first order. Easy peesy.

Next, the sweaters arrived on time and were perfect straight out of the box. We wore them to my wife’s Christmas party and they were a huge smash, everyone loved them. There were a few other “ugly sweaters” but ours were by far the ugliest and best quality. You guys keep up the unbelievable work!

Men’s or Women’s?

I ordered a sweater that had a picture of a man model. The sweater I received was labeled Women on the outside of the box. It was a button cardigan that buttoned on the women side (buttons left/button eyes right). It fit ok, and will only wear at Christmas time, but see a need for ordering clarification.
