The ears don’t work.

So cute, but arrived broken

I was so excited to wear this to my company’s ugly Christmas sweater holiday party! It is an adorable sweater, comfy besides the air pump down one arm, and the design was a hit. Only problem was it arrived with a part loose so the ears barely inflated, and not nearly enough to stand up. I had to super glue the piece down just to get them to stand up halfway. Very disappointed it couldn’t be as big of a hit as it would’ve been if it worked, and disappointed I paid so much for it.

no working ears

i purchased the dog sweater with ears that flop for my granddaughter. when it arrived the ears did not move/work. i sent an email to the [****] and the email go kicked back. i called the help line and got a message that said it was after hours and they were closed. i called at 3:00pm CST which clearly was within the normal working hours. i wouldn't buy a thing from this site.
