No update on order/wrong item shipped

I am in Europe, so ignore the shipping problem if you are in the US. I had no idea about shipping progress until I emailed, because it is apparently not tracked. Absolutely great support after I contacted (no sarcasm -seriously). The problem is the fact that the sweater I wanted, did not come - they shipped the wrong thing. This has absolutely messed up my plans for a party. So cool. I will maybe? get the thing I payed for, for next year. Super great. Whatever. They need better employees, or need to pay them better. Something is seriously lacking in this company.

I love the design, but I thought it would be made out of a much softer material. I bought the Happy Human Holiday one for my husband, and it's much softer than this one. I'm still gonna rep it though.
